Focus Overnight Oat Mix

Our Focus brain boost overnight oats are filled with antioxidants, fibre and good fats. The perfect combo for the optimum brain function and focus for your day ahead.

Filled with rolled oats, walnuts, cashews, almonds, chia seeds, dates, Two Islands vanilla pea protein and cacao.  

Simply add milk of your choice (we love coconut milk) and leave overnight to soak. If you're short on time leave to soak for at least half an hour. 

If you are making one serve, simply measure out 1/2 cup oat mix and add 1/2 cup milk, mix and soak. 

High in fibre, and vegan friendly.

This mix serves 5, we love to top with grated pear, blueberries, coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of honey or pure maple syrup.
