How do I make a smoothie or bowl?

Step 1: Defrost

Leave frozen pouch out for 10 minutes to defrost.

In a rush? 20 seconds in the microwave on defrost setting.

Step 2: Add Milk and Blend

Add smoothie pouch and milk of your choice into a blender.

3/4 cup milk for smoothies, ¼ cup milk for smoothie bowls, and blend.

Step 3: Dress it up and enjoy!

Pour into a cup or bowl and add any of your favourite toppings.

We love adding granola, coconut yoghurt, fresh berries and nut butter.

What milk should I use?

We love using coconut or oat milk in our smoothies and smoothie bowls but any milk will work well. It comes down to personal preference and taste.

How many servings in a smoothie?

Our ready to blend smoothie packs contain 5 servings. Each smoothie makes 360ml.
