How we pack your order

To keep your order cold we ensure all frozen product is kept frozen through our overnight Frozen Courier partner. We will pack your order with an ice pack in case your order needs to be left at your doorstep. This will only keep your order frozen for so long, so please, if you aren't able to get home right away, let our courier partner know when they call you, so they can keep your order frozen and deliver when you are available.

Delivery Days

We ship directly to your door within 1-4 days. You'll get a notification when your order has been shipped.

Pick Up is also available on Tuesdays between 12-3pm. Please order by 8am Tuesday morning if you would like to pick up the same day, otherwise it will be ready the following Tuesday.

Tips

If you know you're going to be late please leave a chilly bin outside your door with ice packs inside. Please keep in mind this is a frozen product so must be put in your freezer straight away.

Please make sure you let the courier know how to get in to your property. If we can't get in or the gate is locked the courier will call you to arrange an Authority to Leave (ATL) or redeliver another day.
