How we pack your order

To keep your order cold we ensure all frozen product is kept frozen through our overnight Frozen Courier partner. Please make sure you have a chilly bin or bag outside so that we can leave your order at your doorstep if you aren't home. We now only deliver on Mondays through Urgent Couriers who deliver same day between 6-9pm.

Delivery Days

We ship directly to your door every Monday. Please order by Sunday 8pm for delivery on Monday. You'll get a notification when your order has been shipped. If there are any supply issues and for some reason we can't fulfil your order on time, we will aim to get it delivered on another day during the week. We will contact you if this is the case.

Pick Up is also available. Please wait for an email to confirm that your order is ready for pick up.

Tips

If you know you're going to be late please leave a chilly bin outside your door with ice packs inside. Please keep in mind this is a frozen product so must be put in your freezer straight away.

Please make sure you let the courier know how to get in to your property. If we can't get in or the gate is locked the courier will call you to arrange an Authority to Leave (ATL) or redeliver the following week, but please be aware, you may be charged for this.
