Recreating the Erewhon 'Bloom' Smoothie Bowl: A Taste of Tropical Bliss

Recreating the Erewhon 'Bloom' Smoothie Bowl: A Taste of Tropical Bliss

In the world of health and wellness, discovering new and exciting creations is like stumbling upon a hidden treasure. As lovers of delicious recipes and food, we are constantly on the lookout for innovative recipes and products. When Erewhon, the renowned LA health food store, joined forces with the talented Mari Llewellyn from Bloom to create their first collab smoothie bowl, we couldn't resist the temptation to recreate this delightful concoction ourselves.

If you're new to the health food scene, Erewhon is a treasure trove of all things nourishing and delicious. With an unwavering commitment to sourcing the best ingredients, Erewhon has gained a cult-like following among health enthusiasts.

If you know Erewhon, you'll know they are also known for their crazy ingredients - making their smoothies and products pretty pricey! We've recreated our version using readily available ingredients, making it much more wallet-friendly and able to be made at home with pantry staples.

Our bowl is a combo of tropical collagen, matcha powder, banana, mango, almond milk, pure maple, and Fix and Fogg Everything Butter. Each ingredient brings its own distinct benefits and flavours, resulting in a blend that nourishes you from the inside out. We topped ours with coconut yoghurt, granola, raspberries and kiwifruit (strawberries are out of season in New Zealand at the moment).

If you're a fan of tropical flavours and are ready for a refreshing and nourishing experience, be sure to give the Erewhon Bloom smoothie bowl a go. With its vibrant green hue, creamy texture, and a hint of matcha flavour, it's a perfect gulit-free treat to step up your morning!

Recipe:

1 frozen and chopped banana

1/2 cup mango

1 serving Two Islands Mango Collagen Powder

1 tsp Matcha (we love NutraOrganics)

1 tsp Fix & Fogg Everything Butter

1/2 cup almond milk

Topped with:

Coconut yoghurt, raspberries (use frozen if not in season!), kiwifruit slices or other fruit of your choice and granola!
