Raspberry White Chocolate Overnight Oats

This decadent overnight oat recipe is heaven! You can either meal prep it for the work week ahead or make a bulk batch to share with friends.

Follow the recipe below (1 serving) to create a creamy raspberry delight!

 

Ingredients:

- Balance overnight oats (1 serving) 

- 1 tbsp peanut butter

- 5 raspberries (frozen or fresh)

- 1/2 cup alpro coconut milk (or milk of choice)

 

For the toppings:

- Protein vanilla greek yogurt (we use anchor)

- 3 tbsp baking white chocolate chips

- 3 raspberries (fresh or frozen

- Optional: Freeze dried raspberries 

  

 

Recipe:

- In a pyrex jug add one serving of Balance oats, raspberries, peanut butter and milk. Mix.

- Melt white chocolate chips in microwave. 

- Pour oat mix into a bowl or meal prep dish, top with yogurt, drizzle the melted white chocolate chips on top of yogurt, top with raspberries and leave in fridge overnight. 

- Take out in the morning and crack it open.... enjoy!

- Note: you can also eat as an afternoon snack or delicious dessert!
