Ingredients:
- Balance overnight oats (1 serving)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
- 3 frozen strawberries (chop into quarters)
- 3 tsp cream cheese
- Dollop of sugar free strawberry jam
Recipe:
- Oil and oven safe bowl/dish
- In a pyrex jug add one serving of balance oats, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and milk. Mix.
- Pour into oven safe bowl/dish then top with the cream cheese, jam and push in the strawberries.
- Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top. Alternatively you can place in air fryer at 180 degrees celsius for 8-10 minutes.
- Take out and enjoy while warm.
