Gooey High Protein S'mores Baked Oats

These S'mores Baked Oats are a delightful twist on traditional oatmeal, perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch with friends. 

 

Ingredients:

- Glow overnight oats (1 serving)

- 1 egg

- 1 crushed weetbix

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)

- chocolate chips (we used noshu chocolate chips)

- mini marshmallows (we use Ma Baker - mini marshmallow)

- chocolate sauce (optional)

 

 

Recipe:

- Oil and oven safe bowl/dish

- In a pyrex jug add one serving of Glow oats, 1 crushed weetbix, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and milk. Add in 8 mini marshmallows and 1/2 Tbsp chocolate chips. Mix.

- Pour into oven safe bowl/dish then top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

- Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes or until golden on top. Alternatively you can place in air fryer at 180 degrees celsius for 8-10 minutes. 

- Take out, drizzle with chocolate sauce (optional) and enjoy while warm.
