Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Calling all carrot cake lovers! We have created a delicious carrot cake overnight oats that is not only delicious but will keep your tummy happy all morning. Topped with thick greek yogurt and hints of allspice and cinnamon... this one hits the spot. 

 

Ingredients:

- Glow overnight oats (1 serving)

- 1/3 cup finely grated carrot 

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- pinch of ground allspice 

- 1 tsp pur maple syrup

- 1/2 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)

 

For the toppings:

- Protein vanilla greek yogurt (we use anchor)

- Currants 

- freeze dried raspberries

- grated carrot 

 

 

Recipe:

- In a pyrex jug add one serving of glow oats, carrot, cinnamon, allspice, maple and milk. Mix. 

- Pour into a bowl or Tupperware, top with yogurt, toppings and leave in fridge overnight. 

- Take out in the morning and enjoy.
