Barbie's Berrylicious Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

For the smoothie base:

  • 100 grams frozen bananas
  • 80 grams raspberries
  • 20 grams peanut butter
  • 10 grams maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or your preferred milk)

For the toppings:

  • Fresh berries (such as strawberries and blueberries)
  • Sliced banana
  • Chia seeds
  • Peanut butter
  • Granola or cereal of your choice
  • Coconut flakes
  • Peanut Butter
  • Edible flowers/glitter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, raspberries, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if desired.

  2. Pour the smoothie base into a bowl and set it aside.

  3. Prepare your glamorous toppings. Slice fresh berries and banana to add a burst of colour and flavour. Place on the bowl along with chia seeds, granola or cereal, coconut flakes, and any other desired toppings.

This recipe can easily be made as a smoothie if you prefer, just add more milk or a cup of water additional to the above ingredients.
