Ingredients:
For the smoothie base:
- 100 grams frozen bananas
- 80 grams raspberries
- 20 grams peanut butter
- 10 grams maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or your preferred milk)
For the toppings:
- Fresh berries (such as strawberries and blueberries)
- Sliced banana
- Chia seeds
- Peanut butter
- Granola or cereal of your choice
- Coconut flakes
- Peanut Butter
- Edible flowers/glitter (optional)
Instructions:

In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, raspberries, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla protein powder, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if desired.
